Lead time to customise a bicycle?

The lead time to build a new customized bike is typically 15-25 business days. This time frame allows us to source the frame and parts directly from factories, ensuring we get the best quality components without relying on local or overseas distributors, which can introduce uncertainty of stocks or added costs. Additionally, we handle multiple orders at once, carefully packing each bike to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. This process allows us to maintain high quality standards while offering competitive prices and a more personalized service.

Why your price is better?

Our business is designed for efficiency, flexibility, and customisation. We operate from a streamlined home office for business management, paired with a dedicated warehouse for inventory storage and order fulfilment.

To provide even greater flexibility, we place orders for bicycle components directly from factories only after receiving customer orders. This approach minimizes long-term inventory storage, allowing us to offer highly customisable builds tailored to individual preferences.

By avoiding the constraints of pre-stocked components, we reduce the tendency to sell ready-made products, focusing instead on delivering personalised and high-quality bicycles. This direct-from-factory sourcing strategy also helps us cut out middlemen, ensuring cost savings that we pass on to our customers.

Fnhon vs Crius?

Both Fnhon and Crius are well-regarded frame makers with unique advantages. Fnhon offers a wide selection of models such as the Blast, Tornado, Gust, Zephyr, and Storm, appealing to a broad range of riders with different preferences. It’s known for consistent production quality across its range, making it a popular choice for riders who prioritise variety and reliability.

Crius, a newer brand, stands out with its wide array of vibrant color options, offering more opportunities for personalisation. Every Crius model, including the Master, Velocity, and Trifold, is designed with three holes in front of the frame to easily install a front block adaptor, enhancing customisation and practicality.

Fnhon Blast vs Fnhon Tornado (Same as Master Vs Velocity)?

The main difference between Fnhon Blast/Crius Master and Tornado/Velocity lies in the shape of the main frame bar:

  • Fnhon Blast and Crius Master both feature a straight bar design. This refers to the frame’s top bar running in a straight line, providing a classic, simple, and solid look. The straight bar design is known for offering a rigid and robust frame structure, appealing to riders who prefer a straightforward and traditional frame aesthetic.
  • Fnhon Tornado and Crius Velocity have a curved bar design, commonly called the dolphin shape. The curved bar creates a smooth, flowing look, giving the bike a more modern and aerodynamic appearance. The dolphin shape can enhance the visual appeal of the bike, and for some riders, it may also affect the bike's weight distribution and handling.

These design differences allow riders to choose between a classic straight bar or a more contemporary curved frame, depending on their preferences for style and ride feel.

Fnhon Gust vs Fnhon Tornado/Fnhon Blast

Fnhon Gust is a newer design in the Fnhon lineup, built with chromoly steel as the frame material. Chromoly steel is known for its strength and durability, offering a more resilient and flexible frame that can absorb vibrations better, making it a comfortable choice for long rides. However, this added robustness also makes the Gust heavier, with a weight range of 10.8kg to 11.5kg, depending on the chosen specifications. The extra weight of the chromoly steel frame makes the bike more stable at higher speeds. This gives the rider a sense of steadiness and control, particularly when maintaining or increasing speed over longer distances. The Gust's slightly heavier frame also contributes to a smoother ride by absorbing more road vibrations. In contrast, both Fnhon Tornado and Fnhon Blast are made from aluminum alloy, which is slightly lighter than chromoly steel. The weight of these models ranges from 10kg to 11kg, depending on the specs and configurations. Aluminum is known for being lightweight and resistant to corrosion, making these models more agile and easier to accelerate from a standstill.Fnhon Tornado/Blast (Aluminum Alloy): These models, being lighter, are easier to kick off and accelerate. The lightweight nature of aluminum frames makes these bikes more responsive and agile, particularly for riders who frequently need to stop and start, such as in urban environments. However, the lighter frame may not feel as stable at high speeds as the chromoly steel Gust, but it is quicker and more nimble in low-speed situations. In summary, the FnhonGust is ideal for riders seeking stability and comfort during high-speed rides, while the FnhonTornado/Blast models suit those looking for a lightweight, fast-accelerating bike that excels in responsiveness.
