Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time provided during checkout, quotation, or customer communication is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Airline, courier, or shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Peak shipping seasons
  • Remote delivery locations

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that estimated delivery dates are provided for reference purposes only.

No Refund for Delivery Delays

Buyers shall not be entitled to cancel, reject, chargeback, or request a refund solely because the estimated delivery date is not met.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.

Shipping Address

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any additional shipping fees, storage fees, return fees, re-delivery charges, customs charges, or other costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information shall be borne by the buyer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Risk of Loss

All shipments are covered by shipping insurance where stated in the order, quotation, or shipping arrangement.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist the buyer in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance provider. Compensation, if approved, shall be subject to the carrier’s and insurer’s terms, conditions, investigation, and approval process.

Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the buyer
  • Failure to collect the parcel
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

The buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs, storage fees, and re-shipment charges.

Delivery Inspection

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the package immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and supporting evidence.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, war, civil unrest, or carrier service interruptions.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
